Mortgage Checklist

The following information is usually required during the loan process:

  • Pay stubs for the most recent FULL month
  • W-2 Statements for the 2 most recent years
  • Federal IRS 1040(s) for the 2 most recent years
  • Current pay stubs or, if self employed, your tax returns for the past two years
  • Bank statements for the past two months
  • Investment account statements for the past two months
  • Retirement account statements for the past two months
  • Make and model of vehicles you own and their resale value
  • Credit card account information
  • Auto loan account information
  • Personal loan account information
  • Copy of the Driver’s License
  • Copy of Social Security card

If you currently own Real Estate:

  • Mortgage account information
  • Home equity account information (if applicable)
  • Homeowners Insurance policy information
  • Yearly Property Tax information
